The Orthodontic Band consists of a metal ring that anatomically fits around the dental crown, wherein other components necessary for the treatment are fixed, thus compounding the dental braces.
Another way to execute the banding of the teeth is the construction of the band using Tapes for Banding and Precontoured Tapes to band canines.
This product has permanent individual identification by laser engraving, referring to its type, size, and positioning. The bands follow this identification system, as the example below:
• L - Universal Band Lower
• U - Universal Band Upper
• RL - Anatomical Band Right Lower
• LL - Anatomical Band Left Lower
• LU - Anatomical Band Left Upper
• RU - Anatomical Band Right Upper
• BU - Band for Upper Premolar
